Client Obligations:
Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, adhering to deadlines, and providing access to necessary accounts and resources. Clients must notify CheckPoint Digital Marketing of any changes to their business or services.

CheckPoint Digital Marketing offers specialized one-time website services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This comprehensive package includes:

At CheckPoint Digital Marketing, we understand the commitment and trust our clients place in us. Therefore, we emphasize that our billing practices reflect the considerable expertise and dedicated time invested in each project. As such, we maintain a policy where refunds or partial credits are not issued in scenarios where a client opts not to proceed with the website due to reasons beyond our control. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and uphold the value of the professional services provided.
However, we also recognize the importance of client satisfaction and service reliability. In the rare instance where CheckPoint Digital Marketing is unable to deliver any of the aforementioned services due to internal limitations, we will issue a refund, demonstrating our commitment to service excellence and client trust.
Payment Terms:
All payment for services rendered by CheckPoint Digital Marketing must be collected upon agreement, either by check, automatic payment through CheckPoint's website, or an alternative method as agreed upon by both parties. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
If a client fails to make payment by the specified deadline, they are subject to a 20% late fee on the outstanding amount, as well as an additional 10% interest per day until the payment is made in full. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment, the client's website may be unpublished after 48 hours of late payment and will not be republished until all outstanding payments, interest, and fees are paid.
Cancellation and Termination:
Clients may terminate their contract with CheckPoint Digital Marketing at any time by providing at least 30 days' notice. In the event of termination, all services provided by CheckPoint Digital Marketing will cease, including SEO, website updates, and any other services provided. CheckPoint Digital Marketing will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the termination of services.
If a client decides to stop all services, they must give a minimum of 30 days' notice in writing.
In the event of termination initiated by the client, the client shall be provided with the opportunity to exercise an option to acquire the website, at a purchase price ascertained and determined solely by CheckPoint Digital Marketing, taking into consideration the fair market value and proprietary elements of the website.
Website Hosting:
In the event of non-payment, including the late payment fee, interest, and other applicable fees, CheckPoint Digital Marketing reserves the right to suspend website hosting services. All services will be reinstated once payment, including any outstanding fees, is received.
Limitation of Liability:
CheckPoint Digital Marketing will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by clients as a result of using our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold CheckPoint Digital Marketing harmless from any claims arising out of the use of our services.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CheckPoint Digital Marketing is registered.
